Lead times can vary slightly depending on seasonal demand or rush availability.
In general products will have the below lead times based on the label material type:
– Adhesive Wrap Label: 10–12 working days
– Direct-on-Metal Label: 23 working days

Q: “Do you offer rush services? If so how much?”
Yes! Rush service is available for products using our Adhesive Wrap label option.
The cost is $149 or 25% of the order total — whichever is greater.

Q: "Why can't I see pricing or place and order?"

No, we do not. We exclusively sell to verified promotional industry vendors and distributors.

Q: "Samples before ordering?"
Yes! We offer two types of samples depending on what you need:
– Pre-made samples: These showcase the flavor strength and sweetness level of each beverage type. While the exact flavor can’t be customized, they’re perfect for tasting our base formulas and quality.
– Custom flavor samples: If you’d like to try your exact flavor combination before ordering, we can produce a small batch just for you. These are billed at $35 and include two 12 oz cans for tasting purposes.

Q: "Is the nutritional table and ingredient list mandatory?"
Yes. Both the Nutritional Facts panel and ingredient declarations are mandatory under FDA 21 CFR labeling regulations.
We’ll discreetly include these on your label, and they can be stylized to match your design theme, layout, or color palette — while still remaining fully compliant.

Q: "Is your facility FDA, is it safe?"
Yes. Our facility is FDA registered and licensed by the California Department of Public Health as a certified food processor.
We are a privately operated facility — not shared or co-packed with other manufacturers — allowing us to maintain strict quality control and sanitation standards.
All products are produced in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Q: "Do your products contain allergens??"
As part of our commitment to transparency and safety we examine any and all ingredients we use to manufacture beverages to ensure that they do not contain any FDA recognized components that could cause an allergic reaction. These allergens include peanuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, and wheat, as well as gluten, soy products, dairy products, egg products, shellfish, and sulfites. We endeavor to ensure that neither we, nor our suppliers, intentionally add any known (recognized) allergens into our products. Our facility is privately operated and not shared or co-operated by other entities. All our products have been manufactured in compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices. (GMPs)
Q: "What is the shelf life?"
All beverages are freshly manufactured to order to ensure maximum shelf life upon arrival.
Our products are formulated for a 6+ month shelf life and include a clearly printed “Best By” date on each label or container.
Shelf life largely depends on storage conditions — keeping your beverages in a cool, dry, and dark place will help maintain quality much longer than storing them in direct sunlight or heat (like a hot garage in summer).

Yes! We’re happy to provide a free 3D interactive product mockup to help with your sales presentation or client approval process.

Q: "Do you use Artificial Flavors and Colors??"
Short answer: No.
Longer answer: We use only natural flavors and extracts in all of our beverages. Every flavor is 100% produced and manufactured in the U.S.A. using globally sourced natural ingredients.
Unlike artificial flavors, natural flavors are derived from essential oils, roots, botanicals, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices — all of which must be naturally occurring. In other words, we never use anything man-made or synthetic to flavor or color your beverages.

Q: “My client has a national multi-location tour can you accommodate staggard shipping"?
Yes! We can absolutely accommodate multi-stop tours or phased rollouts. Our team can coordinate shipments to multiple locations on your schedule to ensure each stop receives products right on time.
Q: “Can I pickup or arrange shipping from your facility?”
Absolutely - Turns out water is HEAVY and shipping it can be rather spendy. During checkout select Will Call / Pickup option. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready and schedule a time for you come on over!
Q: “How are products shipped?”
We offer both UPS/parcel shipping and freight (trucking) options for larger orders.
Typically, orders of 10 cases or more (240 cans) are more economical — and safer — to ship on a pallet.

Q: "Do you offer blind shipping?"
Products shipped from our facility use “Beverage Desk” or “Beverage Warehouse” as the shipper name.
This provides brand anonymity and ensures your client never sees our company listed as the sender.

Q: “What if I don't like the product - Can I return it?”
Due to the nature of custom food products we have a NO RETURNS policy on custom manufactured items unless demonstrated to be defective. All orders are considered ‘custom’ orders due to the fact they are manufactured specifically per the buyer’s (your) choices upon time of placing the order. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". We will not refund for products based on the buyer's SUBJECTIVE reasoning and/or experiences of personal preference (IE: “The energy drink I ordered is too sweet for me, I want a refund”). If the product received was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations as detailed in below SELLERS LIABILITY CONDITIONS for remedy.
